   Great service, really well made product but unfortunately the ‘buckle’ size used is larger than those fitted on the rug I wanted to use the extensions with. Perhaps alternative sizes could be offered.

     We are constantly looking for alternative options/fittings to improve any product but we want to keep the cost to a minimum for our client and sometimes the alternatives make the product uneconomically viable.

     If they are not suited to your needs, we are always happy to refund the item should you wish to send it back to me so long as it’s in a ‘Brand new’ and ‘resalable’ condition.

   Very well made product but did not fit on my rug strap buckles . However my husband did a bit of filing and got them to fit .
