I have added a catching strap to my mule’s fieldsafe headcollar. She is not difficult to catch but leading is a work in progress – we do a few steps every time I go past her for any reason without having to bother with fetching a lead rope. It is short enough not to get stepped on while grazing and does not bother her at all.
